Official Rules and Requirements

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. SEE ELIGIBILITY SECTION BELOW FOR FURTHER DETAILS. TO COMPLETE YOUR ENTRY YOU MUST READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS. PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST CONSTITUTES YOUR FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE CONTEST RULES. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

THE CONTEST IS OPEN TO PERSONS WHO ARE, AT THE TIME OF ENTRY, LEGAL AND AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER (EXCLUDING RESIDENTS OF PUERTO RICO, QUEBEC AND OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES) AND SHALL ONLY BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO CANADIAN FEDERAL LAW. EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS OF SPONSOR, PROMOTER, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT AND SUCCESSOR COMPANIES, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING/PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND THE MEMBERS OF THEIR IMMEDIATE FAMILIES OR THOSE PERSONS LIVING IN THE SAME HOUSEHOLD OF SUCH INDIVIDUALS ARE INELIGIBLE TO ENTER OR WIN. ALL FEDERAL, PROVINCIAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY.

Contest begins at 12:00:01 a.m. (ET) on May 4th, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) on September 7th, 2010 (the "Contest Period").

  1. HOW TO ENTER: There are 2 ways to enter the Contest.
    1. Visit www.brazzers.com and follow the on-screen instructions to participate in the Contest. Once you have followed the instructions, you will automatically receive the chance to win a ticket to the Pornstar party.
    2. No Purchase Necessary: For a chance to win without product purchase, during the Contest Period, mail a 50 word essay on "Why you would like to attend the 2010 Pornstar party?" (the "Essay") along with your name, age and full address on a sheet of paper in a separate 4 1/8" x 9 ½ envelope to: PSTAR PARTY, 4 Diagorou, office 204 1097 Nicosia, Cyprus. Only original hand-printed Essays will be accepted; no duplicates or mechanical reproductions. Limit: one (1) entry per outer stamped envelope. Request must bear sufficient postage. All mail-in entries must be post-marked during the Contest Period and received by no later than September 7th, 2010. Except as noted above for mail-in entries, all entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM (ET) onSpetember 7th , 2010. (the "Contest Closing Date").

  2. PRIZES: There will be six hundred fifty (650) Prizes available to be won consisting of one ticket to the PornStar Party in Los Angeles California USA on September 18th, 2010 (25 Prizes drawn weekly). The approximate retail value of the Prize is $450.00 (USD) per prize. The travelling and transportation expenses to the event are at the winner’s expense and not covered in any way shape or form by the Sponsor.

    Due to the nature of the Prize, no alternative dates are available other than those selected by the Sponsor.

    In the event that the winner does not use any portion of the Prize, there will be no extension, transfer, substitution or any kind of compensation provided.

    The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded without substitution and is only transferable with the consent of Sponsor, and has no cash surrender value. The Sponsor reserves the right, in the event that the Prize or any component of the Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason, to substitute another prize or component of a prize of equal or greater value, without liability. All event tickets are at the discretion of the Sponsor and are subject to change.

    PRIZE DRAW: A random draw for 25 of the 650 prizes will take place weekly during the course of the contest, from all eligible entries received in accordance with these Contest Rules. Odds of being selected depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The selected entrant will be contacted by standard mail or electronic mail, after the draw date and may be required to correctly answer an arithmetical skill testing question. If the selected entrant cannot be contacted by standard mail or electronic mail after the draw date or if a package sent via courier or mail is returned as undeliverable, the selected entrant will be disqualified and another eligible entrant will be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries until such time as contact is made by standard mail or electronic mail with a selected entrant or there are no more eligible entries, whichever comes first. The Sponsor will not be responsible for its inability to contact a selected entrant.

  3. In order to participate, the entrant must first correctly follow how to enter otherwise the entry will be invalid.
  4. GENERAL: By entering the Contest, entrants agree to abide by the Contest rules and the decisions of the contest organization with respect to all aspects of the Contest, which are final.
  5. The Sponsor accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or claims caused by or resulting from the Contest or any Prize. By entering, the winner consents to the use of his/her name, address (city and state/province country), without further remuneration, in connection with any publicity carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor.
  6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Sponsors are not responsible for illegible, garbled, corrupted, damaged, lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable or incomplete Entries, whether due to system errors, human errors or failures, or faulty transmissions or other telecommunications, or other types of malfunctions or interferences, and/or for online entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete or garbled computer, typographical or system or human errors and failures, or faulty transmissions, or as a result of any other error or problem of any kind relating to or in connection with this contest, whether technical, mechanical, typographical, printing, human or otherwise, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the contest the collection and processing of the Entries the announcement of a prize or in any contest -related materials. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices, or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor's representatives. If for any reason any portion of this Contest is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, then Sponsor reserves the right, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest and select the potential winners from those eligible Entries received up to the cancellation/suspension date. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY CONTEST-RELATED WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
  7. GENERAL CAUTION / RELEASE Should the Contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted at www.Brazzers.com. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this drawing is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor and its agents. Sponsor s’ decisions are final in all matters relating to this Contest. You agree, on your own behalf, and on behalf of your heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns ("RELEASING PARTIES"), hereby release, and agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor, those working on its behalf, and all other businesses involved in this Contest, as well as each of their respective employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives, successors and assigns ("RELEASED PARTIES"), from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, debts, dues, sums of money, accounts, reckonings, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, trespasses, lost profits, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, including for injury and death, judgments, extent, executions, claims and demands whatsoever, in law, admiralty or equity, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, against RELEASED PARTIES which any one or more of the RELEASING PARTIES ever had, now have or hereafter can, shall or may have, whether known or unknown, asserted or non-asserted, which may in any way arise out of or relate to your participation in this Contest or the awarding, acceptance and use or misuse of a prize
  8. All entries become the permanent property of the Sponsor and none will be returned. No correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrant. This Contest is subject to all applicable Federal, State and Municipal laws.
  9. The Sponsor respects your right to privacy. Personal information collected from entrants will only be used by the Sponsor to administer the Contest.
  10. RULES/WINNERS LIST: To receive the names of the prize winners, you must send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: PSTAR PARTY, 4 Diagorou, office 204 1097 Nicosia, Cyprus. which must be received by no later than July 31, 2010. Please specify "Winners List."
